The arche+ culture of the kingdom

We believe that there are principles of the Kingdom of God that Jesus taught and modeled for us to live a supernatural lifestyle. These principles are transforming us and the world around us by bringing heaven to earth. We have high expectations of ourselves to live and model this culture in all our ministries.


This list remains fluid and will continue to develop. Christ in us, the hope of glory - HE will increase, we will learn from HIM and grow.

We walk in the reality of Eden

Jesus has reconciled us with the Father through his death & resurrection. Access is FREE and we can confidently live & enjoy intimacy with the Father. We do this out of complete dependence on HIM, because without HIM we can do nothing. This love relationship with God changes us, the way we treat each other and significantly shapes the way we treat creation. We believe that our relationship culture will change when we begin to live in the reality of Eden and in a direct relationship with God:

 

We meet each other with our hearts and not with our minds.

We speak from life (we only have authority over what we live) and not from the mind.

We invest in our becoming, not in our doing.

We have an individual intimate relationship with God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Each of the THREE is unique in character & personality.

We consciously allow fundamental changes in our culture & behavior. We are willing to unlearn & relearn every day. Constant transformation is our key to success.

We have decided to live as Jesus did. So we keep peace with everyone.

We see our fellow human beings and the world we live in through God's eyes. We are therefore committed to the destiny of others and see everyone as God sees them.

The "Our Father" is a daily blueprint for us. Our heart's attitude is to dwell so deeply in the love of our Father that we point & connect each other to our Father. For it is his power that changes lives.

We eat and nourish each other from the tree of life and NOT from the tree of knowledge of good & evil.

Every day we have the goal of coming closer to God's original "work setting". With conversion & rebirth, every person's original plan is available.

Every person is unique and reflects a facet of God. We encourage each other to be honest & authentic. We are all on a journey "home".

We trust God to do his perfect work in each person's life and do not change one another.

We value relationships and communicate honestly and transparently.

We are, of course, supernatural

We are constantly aware of the reality of the sky and the reality of the invisible world. We are aware, we must know what we build & bring. As in heaven so on earth is therefore sacred practice for us. It is our privilege and responsibility to manifest the reality of heaven around us. We want to help establish the reality of heaven in Germany, our neighboring countries and then worldwide. Through us, heaven is always present, even if not visible to everyone. We live by faith. We live this in the following way:

 

We want to get to know heaven better and better, because it is our true home and more real than our natural world.

We live a supernatural lifestyle where we learn & live spiritual laws and learn & grow in the heavenly dimensions.

We align our behavior and our speech with the heavenly reality.

We are not lone warriors, the body of Christ is in need of supplementation. Each of us has a divine part within us that we bring into the kingdom of God.

We are ready to be changed, to learn heavenly, to be supernaturally shaped, to think heavenly and to manifest divine rules and principles.

We believe that the heavenly reality is higher than our reality. We therefore ask for a heavenly perspective in all situations.

We say YES to the transformation process every day so that we represent the reality of heaven and not our own.

The kingdom of God obliges us to dedicate our lives to reaching the One.

We are focused on the kingdom of God

We as arche+ are experiencing a great change. We live & think as ambassadors & heirs of the Kingdom of God. We are aware that we are part of a kingdom that is not of this world. We are no longer primarily "doing" because we are "becoming" oriented" and are living this culture and "becoming" this new DNA. The old has passed away, behold NEW has become! We as a ministry live systematic discipleship, with the goal of 7 Mountains of influence in society to take over. We do this in the following ways:

We change what we believe and this results in a manifested heavenly reality.

We implement the structures of heaven and live according to God's orders.

We are ambassadors in Christ's stead. HIS kingdom come, HIS will be done. We only want to do what & how we see the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit do it.

We embrace diversity and value those who have a different perspective to us. We respect each other more than we respect ourselves.

We are ambassadors of the kingdom of heaven and behave in such a way that we represent the kingdom of God excellently.

We are building his kingdom, not our own or that of another person.

We are one body from all tribes & nations and remain united with others in the body.

Creativity is God's nature and our ability.

We are powerful (dynamis)

The word δύναμις - dynamis means power, strength, energy, momentum, movement. We know it from the words dynamic/dynamik or dynamo. The "Our Father" puts it in a nutshell. For YOURS is the kingdom & the power & the glory for ever and ever. We are created in God's image as his sons. We are powerful images of God, and the way we live has dynamis effects on the world around us. We live this in the following ways:

We practice daily (constantly) the life of the Spirit. We pray & abide in the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread and fasting. This brings forth HIS dynamis.

We rule & walk in HIS power. We sit with Jesus in heavenly places, HE gave us authority and the mandate to rule.

We practise self-control because we know that the enemy is just waiting to abuse our emotions and feelings for his own purposes.

We are peacemakers. We bring, represent and manifest HIS powerful SHALOM.

We are honest and admit when we have made a mistake, regret it and move on. Mistakes are an opportunity to grow faster.

We make ourselves totally dependent on HIS power and do things out of HIS power.

Our spiritual growth is our responsibility. We take responsibility for our decisions & actions and support each other.

We know the power of our words. We use words like "I will", "I have decided" and "I am sorry". We avoid words like "I will try".

We forgive willingly and have decided not to be offended.

We value each other! We always honor and often celebrate.

We live a culture of honor

We honor because we love! The culture of honor comes from the love relationship & fellowship with Christ. It is the result of our identity in Christ - as sons of God. We recognize that each person is created in the image of God and for an extraordinary purpose. We treat ourselves and others accordingly because we love. We realize that we are all on a journey. We live this in the following ways:

 

We give honor where honor is due. The Trinity is our role model. The Father honors the Son, the Son honors the Father, the Holy Spirit honors the Son.

We always seek the divine perspective first, as well as answers & solutions in the spirit. We honor the other person by looking at them from a heavenly perspective.

We have respect for the divine counterpart. We are respectful towards others, even those with whom we disagree.

We honor each other, respect others more than ourselves. We are quick to defend, protect & forgive others.

We perceive people according to the gold that is in them and not according to the dirt that may be visible in their lives.

We only talk about other people's problems if that person is part of the solution and if we are also prepared to discuss the matter directly with the person.

Development is intentional. We help everyone to find God's best for their lives.

We live the service of the saints

The Bible calls us saints, we are kings & priests. We are the new creation in Christ. HE is holy - therefore we should also be holy. We are heirs, citizens of heaven and temples of the Holy Spirit. As a 5-fold ministry, we have the task of equipping those who belong to God's holy people for ministry, so that the church, the body of Christ, may be built up (Ephesians 4:11-12). The Greek term for equipping or equipping (katartismós) originally means "restoration" in the sense of "bringing something into the appropriate position" and is to be understood more comprehensively than the translation "equipping" or "equipping". In ancient times, katartismós was a medical term for the "setting of limbs". We live this in the following way:

 

We are the strong hand of God, through us the glory of Jesus becomes perceptible in the world.

We, the ship that calls itself arche+, sails under the flag of our Lord and is traveling the seas of the world on HIS behalf (Matthew 28:19f).

As a five-fold ministry, we are equipping the Holy Crew to take off and fulfill its destiny.

We are called to serve. We look for opportunities to serve wherever God calls us.

We are responsible for ensuring that the saints come & stay in step with the Holy Spirit.

We understand the fivefold service as a fivefold advance into society.

We believe that everyone is gifted & called. We have different gifts, but one spirit.

We give, receive, work together and learn from each other. We do NOT expect to be served.

His presence is our priority, in his presence everything is possible.

We are authentic

We have learned to enjoy each other. We allow everyone to "be" and support everyone to "become". We accept others and ourselves fully as God created us. We can only truly impact the world when we walk in God's unique design for us. We live this out in the following ways:

 

We are honest about where we are and at the same time stick to the vision of where we should go.

We express ourselves freely and at the same time respect others in their expression.

If someone else's behavior bothers us, we go to that person and talk about the matter in an honorable way. If necessary, we get someone to mediate.

We can freely express what God has put inside us.

We don't imitate & try to be someone else. We don't ask others to try to be like us.

We find God's rhythm for our lives by honoring the Sabbath and working from rest.

The "time of sifting" describes a period of testing and preparation in which the pioneers of faith reveal their true motivations and callings. Much like Peter, we have been tested in the wilderness to separate true devotion to God from selfishness. These trials prepare us to govern according to God's blueprint and create lasting, godly legacies.
