Confirmation of donation

The ark+ gGmbH (Steuernummer 07 250 5064 1) fördert mildtätige und gemeinnützige Zwecke i.S.d. §§ 51 ff. AO. Die Einhaltung der satzungsmäßigen Voraussetzungen nach den §§ 51, 59, 60 und 61 AO ist vom Finanzamt Darmstadt mit Bescheid nach § 60a Abs. 1 AO gesondert festgestellt worden. Ihre Spende ist bei der Lohn- bzw. Einkommenssteuer abzugsfähig. Im Januar des Folgejahres erhalten Sie dafür eine Zuwendungsbestätigung mit einer Auflistung Ihrer Spenden. Auch eine sofortige Zusendung nach Eingang einer Spende ist auf Anforderung jederzeit möglich. Bei Beträgen bis zu 200 Euro reicht für die Steuererklärung auch die Kopie des Kontoauszuges.

We assure you that we will only use the donation amount in accordance with our statutes. If we receive more donations than required for a specific purpose, we will use them for a similar purpose, subject to your consent. Our annual financial statements are audited by a licensed auditor within six months.
