If you donate online to arche+ gGmbH, we ask you to enter your personal data in the donation form. This data is transmitted securely using a globally recognized SSL key (128-bit) - so that unauthorized third parties are prevented from reading the transmitted data. Encryption using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is usually indicated in the address bar of your browser as https:// and can also be recognized by a lock or key symbol.

When using your data, we adhere strictly to the relevant legal provisions. We use the personal data you enter exclusively in connection with your donation - for example, to send you a donation receipt or information in connection with your donation. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

If you decide to make an online donation, please enter your personal details in the donation form in the first step. Select the desired donation keyword to specify the use of your donation. We offer you various ways in which you can support the work of arche+ gGmbh. In the "Payment method" field, select whether you would like to make a donation by direct debit or by credit card.

Direct debit
To issue a direct debit mandate, we need your account number and your bank sort code or your IBAN. The name of your bank will be recognized automatically. Finally, please enter the amount you would like to donate to support our work. If you would like to support us on a permanent basis, please select the desired period. Once your details have been checked in the second step, confirm them in step 3 and your donation will be debited from your account by arche+ gGmbH. We will notify you of this debit eight days in advance. Among other things, we will inform you of the debit date and the amount. We will notify you of one-off direct debits by e-mail and recurring direct debits in the welcome letter.

Credit card
If you would like to use your credit card to make a donation to arche+ gGmbH, please select the "Credit card" option in the "Payment method" field. The following credit cards can be used for a donation: Visa, MasterCard. Please enter your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card and your card verification number. Click on the information symbol to see where the card verification number is located on your credit card. Finally, please enter the amount you would like to donate to support our work. If you would like to support us permanently, please select the desired period. Once your details have been checked in the second step, confirm your details in step 3 and your donation will be debited from your account by arche+ gGmbH. After completing the donation process, you will receive confirmation of your donation by e-mail. We are regularly audited by the tax office and are recognized as tax-privileged. arche+ gGmbH (tax number 07 250 5064 1) promotes charitable and non-profit purposes within the meaning of §§ 51 ff. AO. Compliance with the statutory requirements in accordance with §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO has been determined separately by the Darmstadt tax office in accordance with § 60a para. 1 AO. Your donation is deductible for income tax purposes. In January of the following year, you will receive a donation receipt with a list of your donations (if your name and address have been provided). It can also be sent immediately upon receipt of a donation at any time on request. 

For donations up to EUR 300, your bank statement in conjunction with the printout of this donation order is valid as a donation receipt for the tax office. For donations over EUR 300, the tax authorities require a separate donation receipt. Irrespective of this, we will send you an unsolicited donation receipt in January of the following year for donations of EUR 15 or more.

Bei Spenden ab einer Summe von 15 EUR erhalten Sie im Januar 2026 unaufgefordert eine Spendenbescheinigung für das Jahr 2025. Für Spenden, die nach dem 31.12.2025 eingegangen sind, wird die Zuwendungsbestätigung im Januar 2027 auf das Jahr 2026 ausgestellt.

IBAN steht für „International Bank Account Number“. Sie ersetzt die bisherige Kontonummer und hat in Deutschland immer 22 Stellen. Im europäischen Ausland kann sie bis zu 34 Stellen haben – bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass Spenden nur mit einer deutschen IBAN möglich sind. Diese beginnt immer mit dem zweistelligen Länderkennzeichen „DE“. Sie finden Ihre IBAN auf Ihren Kontoauszügen.

Every company and association wishing to participate in the direct debit scheme must register. They will then receive a registration number. This can be found on the account statement when the direct debit is made. The creditor identification number of arche+ gGmbH is: DE46ZZZ00002628908.

The mandate reference is a unique identifier assigned to a mandate by the creditor (arche+ gGmbH) and, in conjunction with the creditor identification number, helps to uniquely identify the mandate. This number will be communicated to you by arche+ gGmbH as part of a pre-notification.

Pre-notification is a message that informs you as the donor in good time about the specific date on which your account will be debited and the exact amount. We are required by law to send you a pre-notification with all the important information about your direct debit.

We can only issue donation receipts to the account holder of the account from which a donation reaches us. It is therefore important that the personal details on the donation form refer to the account holder. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a donation in the name of a third person.
