Confirmation of donation

The ark+ gGmbH (tax number 07 250 5064 1) promotes charitable and non-profit purposes within the meaning of §§ 51 ff. AO. Compliance with the statutory requirements in accordance with §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO has been determined separately by the Darmstadt tax office in accordance with § 60a para. 1 AO. Your donation is deductible for income tax purposes. In January of the following year, you will receive a donation receipt with a list of your donations. It can also be sent immediately upon receipt of a donation at any time on request. For amounts up to 200 euros, a copy of the bank statement is also sufficient for the tax return.

Use of funds

Wir versichern, dass wir den Spendenbetrag nur satzungsgemäß verwenden. Falls für einen bestimmten Zweck mehr Spenden als erforderlich eingehen, werden wir, Ihr Einverständnis voraussetzend, diese für einen ähnlichen Zweck verwenden. Unsere Jahresabschlüsse werden von einem zugelassenen Wirtschaftsprüfer innerhalb von sechs Monaten geprüft.
